Regional Managers – E-commerce Operations

We are seeking ambitious and performance-driven Regional Managers to lead and oversee operations across multiple regions for our fast-growing e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations and ensure seamless customer experience in the assigned region.

• Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, and compliance with operational standards.

• Track and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Supervise and mentor regional teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to optimize regional campaigns and delivery timelines.

• Represent the brand at regional events, activations, and business partnerships.

Requirements

Education, Certification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail management, or regional operations.

• Demonstrated success in sales growth, logistics coordination, or vendor management.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-location teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM and e-commerce management tools is an added advantage.
